Gone With The Wind

So, the holidays have got the best of me and paintings are going slow. However, I did spend quite a bit of time on the piece below. I have embraced the whole idea of story telling in my work and hope that my viewers will find their own stories through my paintings.  I challenged myself with both color and design and this apron went through various stages as seen below.  (Painting is 30x36)

 And finally brought the apron back to life with color and an additional flying recipe.
